First： Fusion splicing can not be normal splicing, splicing failure, red alarm

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. Excessive splicing loss, or failure of fiber to fiber, or failure of fiber propulsion;

2. The end face of optical fiber is not smooth or has sundries;

3. There is something wrong with the optical system;

4.Splicing machine program problems;

Second：Splicing machine splicing loss is too large

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. The end face of the optical fiber is not clean and has dust, or there are sundries on the v-groove, or there are sundries on the optical fiber fixing rack.

2. The cutting end Angle difference of optical fiber is too large;

3. There is something wrong with the optical system, and the objective lens leads to wrong estimation;

4. Splicing strength is not enough or too strong, discharge position deviation;

5. Splicing machine program error;

Thrid： Splicing machine tip can not find optical fiber

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. There is something wrong with the optical system;

Four： Splicing machine hints to find the left fiber or can not find the right fiber

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. The left optical fiber (right optical fiber) is not placed correctly, or there is sundry matter in the v-groove;

Motor propulsion system failure;

3. Faults of related components of the optical system, including objective lens, reflector and related control circuit;

Five： Splicing machine prompt discharge intensity is not enough

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. The discharge intensity coefficient of the electrode is too low;

2. Too many times of electrode discharge, the surface has been cultured;

3. Unqualified electrode installation and poor contact;

Six：Optical fiber propulsion failure of splicingmachine

The cause of this failure may be the following:

(1) motor failure;

(2) the v-groove is blocked or unable to clamp the optical fiber;

Seven： Splicing machine tip left (right) fiber dirty or end face is not smooth, can not splice

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. There are sundries in the relevant parts or uneven cutting of the end face of optical fiber;

2. Analysis of the impact of sundries on the lens mirror;

Eight：The display screen of splicing machine cannot display

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. Whether the power supply and data cable of the display screen are connected normally；

2. When starting up whether you can see the motherboard information, if not may be the motherboard fault；

3. Boot can see the motherboard information, may be damaged screen, or optical system fault;

Nine：The splicing machine cannot be started

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. Whether the meter power supply is normal;

2. Whether the switch of the meter is normal or not;

3.Boot can see the mainboard information, if not may be damaged mainboard;

4.If you can see the mainboard information before no reaction, or stuck, may be a program error or mainboard fault or screen damage;

Ten： Splicing machine button no response

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1.The relevant button failure;

2. Illegal operation;

3. Slow or crash;

Eleven：The splicing machine cannot heat the heat-shrinkable casing

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. What is the temperature of the heater? Is there enough heat, such as enough heat to heat shrinkable casing;

2. If there is not enough heat, the heater may be damaged;

3. Check whether the power supply of heater is normal;

Twelve：Splicing machine power supply battery can not power

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. The battery cell is damaged;
