First: Fusion splicing can not be normal splicing, splicing failure, red alarm

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. Excessive splicing loss, or failure of fiber to fiber, or failure of fiber propulsion;

3. There is something wrong with the optical system;

4.Splicing machine program problems;

Second:Splicing machine splicing loss is too large

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. The end face of the optical fiber is not clean and has dust, or there are sundries on the v-groove, or there are sundries on the optical fiber fixing rack.

2. The cutting end Angle difference of optical fiber is too large;

3. There is something wrong with the optical system, and the objective lens leads to wrong estimation;

The cause of this failure may be the following:

Five: Splicing machine prompt discharge intensity is not enough

The cause of this failure may be the following:

Six:Optical fiber propulsion failure of splicingmachine

The cause of this failure may be the following:

Seven: Splicing machine tip left (right) fiber dirty or end face is not smooth, can not splice

The cause of this failure may be the following:

Eight:The display screen of splicing machine cannot display

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. Whether the power supply and data cable of the display screen are connected normally;

2. When starting up whether you can see the motherboard information, if not may be the motherboard fault;

3. Boot can see the motherboard information, may be damaged screen, or optical system fault;



Nine:The splicing machine cannot be started

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. Whether the meter power supply is normal;

2. Whether the switch of the meter is normal or not;

3.Boot can see the mainboard information, if not may be damaged mainboard;

4.If you can see the mainboard information before no reaction, or stuck, may be a program error or mainboard fault or screen damage;



Ten: Splicing machine button no response

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1.The relevant button failure;

2. Illegal operation;

3. Slow or crash;


Eleven:The splicing machine cannot heat the heat-shrinkable casing

The cause of this failure may be the following:

1. What is the temperature of the heater? Is there enough heat, such as enough heat to heat shrinkable casing;

2. If there is not enough heat, the heater may be damaged;

3. Check whether the power supply of heater is normal;



Twelve:Splicing machine power supply battery can not power
